“Calling Ross Craft Was the Best Thing I Ever Did!”

To Whom It May Concern:

I had already received a letter from the mortgage company’s attorney telling me my home would be sold on the courthouse steps the next week.  I was desperate. I knew I would have to move immediately and my credit record would show the foreclosure and/or bankruptcy for years.  When Ross came to my house, I was surprised that he first talked about how the foreclosure process worked… We looked at an impossible situation from a new perspective and found that the best plan of action for me was…”

Find out why Lee Ann of Grandview, MO, is one of Ross’s many satisfied and grateful customers!

The author, Ross Craft, was a small contractor who could see the financial potential of buying and selling real estate. The problem was how to find the deals. Even if he could determine who was going into foreclosure, getting the people to talk to him was another matter.

After much trial and error and getting doors slammed in his face, he decided to look at the foreclosure problem from the home owner’s perspective.
That is when he learned "The Secret".   He then developed techniques that  succeeded beyond his wildest dreams.  Part of the process was to get  the people to call him, and as many as 10% of those prospected did call. He got more business than he could possibly handle.

At the time when he was making money hand over fist (see the case studies) he developed two different diseases that were said to be incurable.  During the next four years he came close to meeting his maker several times.  Ross has a strong will and one day (he was legally blind at the time) he decided to get well.  How that happened is another story for another day, but he did get well and got his eyesight back.  (Everyone close to that situation knows that was extraordinary.)

When he was recovering he realized it would be a bad thing to just retire and not share his "Secret" with others.

This is a sincere effort to pass his knowledge on to you.  To make sure you do not just get the information then feel deserted when it comes time to make it work, he will give you his personal email address when you buy the book.

When the book was finished, it dawned on him that he probably wouldn't be able to write advertising copy that would sell hundreds of thousands of copies.  Then he realized he was not trying to sell a lot of copies.  His real goal is to find a few people he can work with to pass on his secrets and help them get out of the rat race..

If you are in the rat race, he would like help  you get out.  If you have read this far you are just one step away.  After the first step it is easy.

Apparently, it won't take a lot of interaction because Ross did a good job of getting his information across in the book.

Here is a short review from Manchester Mo.:

Dear Ross,

Thank you for the pre release  copy of your book to review.  I enjoyed it very much and here is what I want to tell you.  In 2002, I paid $2,000 to attend a 2 day seminar on foreclosures and I didn't get the step by step detailed understanding of foreclosures I got from your book.

Here is another review from Illinois

To Whom It May Concern:

I am relatively young (25 years old) and I wanted to get into real estate investing.  I had read some books (No Money Down) and still seemed lost as to how to get started.  I couldn't find the deals on a consistent bases.

I got a pre release copy of your book and followed the techniques for 100 prospects and sure enough, I got ten calls and interviewed them all. (Just for practice)

Now I am so excited because it looks like two will be real sweet deals.  I am not sure if I can handle 2 at once starting out, so I am going to let my dad have one.

Thanks Ross,  now I know I will have an unending supply of real estate deals coming to me the rest of my life.

J. Griffin, Red Bud, Illinois

P.S. Since I am just starting out in the real estate investing business, I appreciate the fact that I don't have to talk to a lender and there are no credit checks.  I am working with a couple of credit cards.

In his book, Ross gives you ten actual case studies that not only show you how to get people to call you, but also detailed techniques for negotiating the deal. If you follow this system, everyone wins in the end.

The book includes:
1.  Techniques for finding prospects and techniques for  getting   them to call you.
2.  The call conversation and what Ross said to make the appointment
3.  The interview – exactly how he conducted the interview and the negotiation to buy
4.  The signing – copies of the SEVEN documents he had signed to transfer the property to him for a smooth transition
5.  A description of the property and picture
6.  Each case study includes financial details and title company settlement sheet, when available.

Some Case Studies also include our analysis of the money to be made by keeping the property for five years.
